Best Oral & Poster Awards

HUG 2025 Committee will select Best Oral and Poster Awards among the submitted abstracts and presentation at this symposium.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must complete payment of registration fee and submit the abstracts at HUG 2025.
  • The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted for Oral or Poster.

Notifications

  • The scientific committee will review and judge the abstracts.
  • Awardees will be announced during the conference.

Plenary Session and YIA Ceremony

The winners will present their abstracts at the Korea-Japan Joint Symposium: Plenary session and YIA ceremony (on March 21 (Fri)), Plenary Session (on March 22 (Sat)).

Travel Grants

Travel Grant (For Foreigners)

Travel Grant awardees will be selected from the overseas presenters of abstracts accepted for onsite presentation at the Free Paper session or Poster Exhibition.

The award is given only once to the presenting author regardless of the number of accepted abstracts or co-authors.

Southeast Asia Grant (For Foreigners)

Southeast Asia Grant awardees will be selected after review of the submitted abstracts and essays. The awardees will be required to present their abstracts at the Southeast Grant Presentation session.

The Southeast Asia Grant will be awarded to selected abstract presenters from the following countries:
Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Vietnam.
