Best Oral & Poster Awards
HUG 2024 Committee will select Best Oral and Poster Awards among the submitted abstracts and presentations at this symposium.
Young Investigator Award
- The winners will present their abstracts at the Plenary Session.
Best Oral Presentation
- After the presentation of the Free Paper session, the chairs will announce the awardee.
Distinguished Poster
- The Winners will be selected in the Poster Oral Presentation Session.
Travel Grants
- Awarded to all overseas presenters of the abstracts that have been accepted to be presented onsite at the Free Paper Session, or Poster Oral Presentation. The award is given only once to the presenting author regardless of the number of accepted abstracts or co-authors.
Eligibility
- The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted for Oral or Poster.
- The applicant must complete payment of registration fee and submit the abstracts at HUG 2024.
Notifications
- The scientific committee will review and judge the abstracts.
- Awardees will be announced during the conference.
